Everyone glorifies Gurgaon appreciation, but for *this* project, I'm honestly not sure. Kya real capital appreciation hua hai since launch, ya bas paper pe hai? Builders promise the moon, but their delivery track record is key. BPTP ka on-time delivery mein kaisa hai, especially for such a high-value project? I know what builders don't tell you about delays and hidden costs. Will they actually deliver on time, ya fir phirse extension maangenge? ₹5.48 Cr is a huge bet on an ongoing project. Change my mind if I'm wrong, but I'm seeing red flags.
