Been in real estate for years, but buying my own investment property is a different ball game altogether. I'm looking at BPTP The Amaario, around ₹5.48 Cr. Everyone glorifies Gurgaon appreciation, but for *this* project, I'm honestly not sure. Kya real capital appreciation hua hai since launch, ya bas paper pe hai? Builders promise the moon, but their delivery track record is key. BPTP ka on-time delivery mein kaisa hai, especially for such a high-value project? I know what builders don't tell you about delays and hidden costs. Will they actually deliver on time, ya fir phirse extension maangenge? ₹5.48 Cr is a huge bet on an ongoing project.
