Kids are out, I'm selling my big house for something manageable. Amaario (₹5.48 Cr) looks good, but what's the actual amenity quality in Sector 83? Is the club house genuinely usable? What about daily convenience – hospital proximity, markets? Don't want just fancy stuff; need practical, livable features. Is it genuinely good for daily life, ya sirf paper pe hi acha hai?

Totally agree with the original post! ₹5.48 Cr for Amaario? Bhai, that's a huge amount for something where amenity quality is still a question mark. First-time buyer hoon, aur itna risk lena nahi banta. Is it really worth that much in Sector 83?
Exactly! My budget is nowhere near this, but even if it was, the 'fancy but useless' amenities are a real concern. Builders show one thing, deliver another.
