₹85,000 rent every month is killing me. Brahma City M Block mein parking allocation ka kya scene hai? Lottery-based hai ya reserved? Resale pe farak padta hai kya, especially for tenants?

RERA number 274 hai, but builder ka track record kaisa hai? Possession date March 2022 thi, toh sabko mil gaya kya time pe? Any hidden charges for maintenance or parking that pop up later?

Exactly! Parking is a nightmare. Mere friend ne bhi Badshahpur mein ek society mein liya tha, wahan bhi same problem. Builder ne bas promise kiya, diya kuch nahi.
