Visited Brahma City Phase V last week. Upgrading from my 2BHK. Prices seem high. What's the capital appreciation history? Any real rental yield? Is the resale market liquid?

Yaar, I also visited Brahma City Phase V. My budget is around 1.5 Cr, but the prices they're quoting, especially for a 3BHK, are just insane! ₹1.6 Cr to ₹5.3 Cr? For a first-time buyer like me, it feels like a dream that's out of reach. Is this the new normal for Gurugram?
