Fed up of renting, landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Finally taking the plunge, looking at a 3BHK in Brahma City Phase V, maybe around ₹2.5-3 Cr. Completed project hai, toh possession ka tension nahi. But investor perspective se, kya iska ROI abhi bhi acha hai? Log bolte hain rental yield Gurgaon mein low hai, will it even cover EMI ka interest part? Aur 5-7 saal baad resale kitni easy hogi, secondary market kitna liquid hai? Has anyone bought here for investment?

Yaar, post padh ke bilkul meri feelings describe kar di. Brahma City Phase V completed toh hai, no doubt, but 2.5-3 Cr mein ROI ka sochna thoda risky lag raha hai. Gurgaon mein toh rental yield waise hi 2-3% se upar nahi jaati. Kya lagta hai, is price point pe long-term appreciation milegi bhi ya sirf property hold karke baithe rahenge?
