Brigade Orchards investors, real rental yield aur exit strategy?
I'll be honest, I thought being in real estate would make my personal buying process easier, but Brigade Orchards mein investment ko leke abhi bhi doubt hai. It’s a completed project, which is great, but I’m looking at it purely from an investor's angle. I know builders ki marketing spin, so I need real-world feedback. What's the *actual* rental yield you guys are seeing? Brochure numbers sab dikhate hain, but ground pe kitna milta hai monthly? Aur iska resale market kitna liquid hai? Agar 3-5 saal mein exit karna pada, will it be easy to find a buyer without taking a hit? Capital appreciation kaisa raha hai since launch? Is the ROI still strong, ya market ab saturate ho gaya hai?
