₹1.5 crore for Lodha Codename Sarjapur — is it really worth it for the promised amenities? I'm seeing this pattern, builders promise a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse... but post-possession, it's either incomplete ya phir low-quality. My current property, after 2 years, walls mein cracks aa gaye hain, seepage issues. Yeh sab tenant attraction aur long-term maintenance costs increase karta hai, ROI hit hota hai. Have you guys faced this? Kya karein to ensure construction quality and delivered amenities match the brochure? Investors, what's your take on this?

Bhai, ₹1.5 Cr for Lodha Sarjapur? Mujhko toh lagta hai yeh future ka headache hai. Amenities dikhate hain but deliver kuch aur karte hain. Been there, done that.
