Okay I'll say what no one says, the brochure price for a flat in Hyderabad is just the tip of the iceberg. Builders like Salarpuria Sattva dikhate kuch hain, but then suddenly PLC, parking, and a dozen other 'charges' pop up. What's the real all-in cost? Log kehte hain ki hidden charges possession ke time bahut aate hain. Kaise bachna hai in sab se? Is it even possible to get a clear picture upfront? Change my mind.
