Totally agree with you! RERA sounds good on paper, but enforcement is a big question mark. My friend booked a flat in Anand Niketan, builder delayed for 2 years, RERA just gave him dates, no real action. Builder Delhi Developer ka track record bhi kuch khaas nahi hai.
