Has anyone faced hidden charges from Supertech during possession? I know what builders don't tell you. Also, what's Ansal's reputation for on-time delivery, off the record?

Hidden charges toh aane hi hain. Budget bana ke chalo ki 10-15% extra lagega.
Check the builder-buyer agreement carefully. Every clause. Get a lawyer to review it. That's the best advice I can give.

ATS is generally considered reliable, but still, verify everything. They are also not completely immune to delays.
ATS Green is good. But expensive.
Supertech is a gamble. Ansal... also a gamble, but maybe slightly less risky. But honestly, all builders in Noida are a bit shady. Protect yourself with RERA and legal advice.

Don't forget the IFMS (Interest Free Maintenance Security). They charge you for maintenance *before* you even move in!
