Okay, I'll be honest – I work in real estate but buying my own place is a whole different ball game. I'm looking at Altus Ecoglades in Chandigarh for investment. Brochure mein jo green areas dikhate hain, woh actual mein kitne usable hote hain? Matlab, open space kitna hai, ya bus cramped towers ke beech small patches? Also, security systems, like CCTV and guards, are they genuinely effective for tenant attraction and resale value, ya just a tick-box item? Kya experience hai wahan ka?

Altus Ecoglades? Bhai, 2016 ka project hai, abhi investment? Resale market mein toh utna appreciation nahi mila udhar. Green spaces are okay, but not what the brochure shows, mostly small landscaped areas. For ₹42 L, you might find something newer or with better amenities in Mullanpur Garibdass.
