Builder timelines are a joke, even for luxury projects. Adani Lushlands ka possession date kitni baar push hoga? I work in real estate, but this delay for my own unit is frustrating. Matlab, RERA ke baad bhi builders don't care. Anyone else facing this with Lushlands? What did you guys do?

OP, aapne kab book kiya tha? Aur unhone original possession date kya di thi? Kyunki RERA mein toh 2029-03-31 dikha raha hai, jo waise bhi kaafi aage hai. Is builder ka track record kaisa hai Gurgaon mein? Aur is high-end segment mein bhi delays chal rahe hain, toh kya yeh current market slowdown ka asar hai ya builder ki habit hai? I was looking at something near Airport Road, but this makes me nervous.
Mera ek dost hai jo Lushlands mein book karne wala tha, usko pehle 2027 end ka promise kiya tha, ab 2029-03-31 dikha rahe hain RERA pe. Toh yes, already push ho chuka hai. RERA enforcement is a joke for big builders, they just pay penalties if any,
Adani ka Gurgaon mein track record mixed raha hai. Kuch projects time pe diye hain, kuch mein substantial delays. Lushlands mein toh units bhi 216 hain, toh coordination issue ho sakta hai.
RERA ke baad bhi itni delays? Aur Adani jaise bade name se? Shocking!
Haan yaar, yeh toh common ho gaya hai. Mera bhi ek project hai Badshahpur mein, wahan bhi same kahani hai. Builder ne 2 saal se sirf promises hi kiye hain. Ab toh lagta hai RERA bhi sirf naam ka hai, enforcement toh kuch hai hi nahi.
Bhai, totally feel you! Yeh Adani Lushlands toh itna high-end project hai, ₹8.2 Cr se shuru ho raha hai, usmein bhi delays? Matlab hum jaise middle-class log toh soch bhi nahi sakte. RERA ke baad bhi agar builders aise karenge, toh trust kaise banega? Meri ek friend ka bhi experience kharab raha hai Sector 65 mein, builder ne bola tha 2026 tak ho jayega, ab 2028 bol rahe hain. Kya fayda itne paise lagane ka agar peace of mind hi na mile.
Sahi kaha. Meri toh phat rahi hai. Main Baliawas mein ek plot dekh raha tha, ab soch raha hoon kahin wahan bhi development mein delay na ho jaye. Future ki tension abhi se ho rahi hai.
Exactly! Budget-conscious buyers ke liye toh yeh nightmare hai. Itne paise lagao aur phir bhi tension.
