Sector 24C — I've been eyeing a 2BHK here for ages. I work in real estate, so you'd think I'd be sharp, but buying for myself is a whole different ballgame. Builders like DLF or Omaxe in New Chandigarh or Aerocity seem to have pretty rigid pricing on their 2BHKs, even for ₹70-80L units. Is there any real room to negotiate beyond small 'spot discounts' on PLC or parking? I'm trying to find genuine price correction zones in Chandigarh. Are secondary market deals in Mohali or Zirakpur the only place to actually get a decent discount, or can you still push builders for 5-7% off the quoted price in newer projects? Honestly not sure how much wiggle room there really is.
