Been looking for 8 months now and it's getting exhausting. As someone jo property bechta hai, I know what builders don't tell you. Nimi Symbolic Homes ka construction quality kaisa hai after a year or two? Cracks, seepage issues toh nahi aate? Aur clubhouse facilities, they look great on paper, but are they actually usable daily ya bas showpiece hain? Maintenance charges ke against service theek hai?
