Is JP Orchid's possession timeline realistic? I work in real estate myself, and even I'm seeing so many projects get delayed these days. It's making me super nervous about my own first home. The official possession date is 2025-06-01, but given the current market and construction pace, I'm finding it hard to believe. Also, are the amenities actually usable, or just for show like most projects? I've seen too many fancy brochures with non-functional gyms or pools. Any ground reality check would be super helpful!
