Broker buying property — it's harder than I thought!
Honestly, being in real estate, you'd think buying for myself would be easy, but it's actually way tougher. I'm looking at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone in Rajkot, since it's completed, but I still have some nagging doubts. I know what builders don't tell you, especially about post-possession issues. So, for anyone who's bought there or lives nearby, how was the builder trust factor after completion? Was getting the OC and all the paperwork smooth sailing, or did they drag their feet? I'm worried about registry hiccups. Also, what's the social infra like around it? Are there good schools and hospitals within a 2km radius that aren't a nightmare to reach daily? My family needs good access. Should I be looking out for any specific issues with documentation or ongoing RWA stuff? Any off-the-record advice would be super helpful.

Ansal Aastha Mig Zone completed hai, that's a big plus point. But builder trust is always the main thing. Did you check their RERA compliance thoroughly for this specific project? UPRERAPRJ5670 hai na? I heard
Yaar, I totally get where you're coming from. Even as a first-timer, the thought of registry issues and builder ka post-possession attitude gives me nightmares. Rajkot mein bhi ab ye sab? Budget bhi tight hai.
