My lease ends in 2 months in Green Park, and the broker scene has me fuming. I work in real estate, but finding a direct landlord deal for myself feels impossible. These broker log har jagah hain, demanding 1-2 months' rent as commission. Matlab, for a 2BHK in South Delhi, that's like ₹50k-₹1L just for a broker. Can't we find places seedha landlord se? Is there any way around these gatekeepers, especially in areas like Saket or Vasant Kunj?

Yaar, totally relate to this! I'm also looking for a 1BHK in South Delhi, maybe near Saket or Malviya Nagar, and the brokers are just ridiculous. They act like they own the listings. It's so frustrating when you just want a straightforward deal. My budget is tight, and an extra 1-2 months' rent is a huge hit.
