Broker commissions are never worth it for Bangalore properties

Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this broker vs direct builder scene is in Bangalore. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Whitefield, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK near Sarjapur Road, budget around ₹2 Cr. Matlab, should I even bother with brokers? Some say they get you better deals ya spot discounts jo direct builder nahi dete. Like for Markon Homes, I heard a broker got a client a slightly lower PLC. But then, there's that broker commission, right? Is that worth it, ya builder se directly baat karna better hai? My existing home loan experience was direct but for an upgrade, not sure. Kya lagta hai, where do you actually save money?
