Broker commissions in Gurgaon are just daylight robbery

Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Badshahpur. I'm in real estate, but buying for myself is different. Yashika Real Estate ke saath direct deal try ki, but brokers claim better terms. Matlaab, ₹1.2 Cr ke 2BHK pe kitna negotiation possible hai? Mera experience hai, direct builder se better price milti hai. Do good brokers actually add value or just push inventory?
