Broker deals in Ghaziabad are rarely the best value

Indraprashtha Yojna — been checking out Manju J Homes Builders properties there. Honestly, I'm finding it hard to believe brokers get us a better deal. Sab bolte hain 'spot discount dilwa denge' but it feels like that discount is already factored into the builder's quote. It's almost like they add their commission and then pretend to give a discount. Main toh seedha builder se baat karne ka soch raha hoon. Mujhse lagta hai brokers just complicate things aur apna cut nikalte hain. Has anyone actually saved significant money going through a broker for a new project in Ghaziabad? Ya phir, direct builder se negotiate karna hi sahi strategy hai for better pricing? Especially in areas like Indraprashtha Yojna, jahan prices already upar jaa rahe hain. Change my mind.
