Honestly, brokers in Chandigarh seem to complicate things more than help. I'm checking out a 3BHK in Sector 50, maybe Ambika Realcon. Should I go through a broker or try direct with the builder? And for resale flats, can we actually negotiate more than on new launches? My parents keep saying brokers are a waste, but I'm not sure.

Totally agree! My experience in Mullanpur Garibdass was similar. Brokers just push what benefits them, not always
