M3M ka track record mix hai. Mere cousin ne M3M Urbana mein liya tha, 1.5 saal delay hua tha. Quality theek thi but after-sales service mein bahut problem aayi. Godrej thoda better hai in terms of delivery, but prices wahi, आसमान छू रहे हैं. Agar budget tight hai, toh secondary market mein dekh lo, shayad wahan kuch better deal mil jaye.

Mera budget 1.2 Cr tha, usme toh kuch dhang ka mil hi nahi raha, sab paper pe hi achha lagta hai.

Dekho, appreciation toh hoga but entry point matter karta hai. Mere friend ne 2 saal pehle Badshahpur mein liya tha, usko accha return mila. Lekin ab rates bahut high hain, aur jo hype hai, usme bahut risk bhi hai. Long-term ke liye soch rahe ho toh shayad theek hai, but short-term mein toh mushkil lag raha hai.
