Broker promises in Bengaluru are just marketing, not reality.

Broker jo bolte hain, woh final deal mein dikhta hi nahi. I'm looking at a 2BHK in Malleshwaram, Prestige ka project. Broker ne bola tha 1.3 Cr final hoga, all inclusive. Ab jab deal close karne gaye, toh stamp duty, registration, and even some PLC charges they never mentioned. It's pushing it to almost 1.45 Cr! Yeh kya scene hai yaar? Anyone else had this issue? How much can we actually trust these brokers?
