Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. Okay, I'll say what no one says: brokers in Gurugram push new projects too hard for commissions. Secondary market deals in DLF City Phase I are better. Change my mind.

Bhai, totally agree! These brokers just push projects with higher commissions. Mereko bhi ek new launch dikha rahe the Badshahpur ke paas, bola 'early bird offer hai, baad mein price badh jayega'. Jabki secondary market mein ussi area mein better options mil rahe the, thode purane but well-maintained. It's all about their cut.
