Honestly, I'm starting to think these property brokers in Gurgaon just play games. I was checking out a 3BHK in Sector 50, maybe Orchid Infrastructures, budget around ₹2.5 Cr. Broker ne pehle toh bola sab clear hai, but final numbers mein PLC, parking, society maintenance, sab add karke 10-12% upar ja raha hai. Matlab, initial quote se ₹25-30 lakh extra. Ye to fraud jaisa lagta hai. Is this normal practice? Builders direct deal mein bhi itna hidden rakhte hain kya? Ya broker ne bas apni commission ke liye kuch bhi bol diya? Aap log bhi aise situations face karte ho? How do you deal with these last-minute 'all-in' cost jumps?
