Everyone says go direct to builder for a better deal, but is that even true for projects like Celebrity Global Homes on Hennur Road? I'm looking at a 2BHK around ₹90L, and honestly, builders seem pretty firm on pricing. Not sure if brokers actually have leverage for spot discounts or if they just add another layer of commission. My parents keep saying brokers are useless, but sometimes they seem to pull strings for extras. Am I missing something here? Change my mind.
