Just moved into my 3BHK in Sushant Lok I last month, possession was in March. Honestly, the whole process of finding a good deal, especially in the secondary market, was an eye-opener. Things nobody told me: for my Cellular Consultants resale flat, the broker made all the difference. He helped chip off almost ₹5-6 lakhs from the asking price. I'm thinking direct negotiation wouldn't have worked this well. Is this common for resales in Gurugram, or did I just get lucky with my broker's connections?

Yaar, 5-6 lakh bacha lena toh bahut badi baat hai! Mera broker toh ulta bol raha hai ki seller price badha raha hai Gurugram mein. Main bhi Sushant Lok area mein hi dekh raha hoon, par budget bahut tight hai. Kaash mujhe bhi aisa broker milta.
Sahi baat hai, brokers ki apni chaal hoti hai. Often they inflate the initial price or tell you they 'saved' you money, but how do you really verify that? I'm always skeptical.
