Totally agree, OP! I'm also looking in Banashankari and SNN projects are everywhere. Builder direct is always what I aim for, but sometimes they just give you a standard rate. Brokers claim to have 'developer quotas' or 'bulk discounts' but I've never seen it pan out. Any real stories where brokers actually saved someone money?
