Brokers ke bina Gurgaon mein rent milna impossible hai kya?

Was supposed to decide by last month but this broker scene is making me rethink everything. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 7, looking for a 3BHK or villa. Har jagah broker ka 1-2 month rent charge hai. Matlab, itna commission kyu? Dwarka Expressway side bhi same story. Is it possible to find direct landlords anymore, ya sab brokers ne gatekeep kar rakha hai? Bahut frustrating ho raha hai. Kya aap logo ne bhi yeh experience kiya hai?
