Is it true brokers can sometimes get better prices than going direct, even with builders like Tribeca Creators LLP on Sohna Road? I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different, you know? I'm looking at a 3BHK around ₹2 Cr. Wondering if secondary market deals, say near Sectors 82-84, offer more negotiation room than new launches. Are the price correction zones actually real, or just talk?
