Brown Brick Green View: Is the space really enough?

Honestly, trying to find a bigger flat for our growing family is exhausting. We're considering Brown Brick Green View, it's completed which is great. But how's the actual carpet area efficiency for a 2BHK? My wife's really focused on whether it feels spacious enough for us and the kids. Also, what's the society vibe like? Is it genuinely good for families with young children?
