Honestly, I'm fed up of renting and my landlord just hiked the rent again. Everyone talks about Brys Buzz being a premium project in Noida Extension, but I'm not convinced about its investor appeal anymore. The prices are insane, starting from 4.35 Cr. For a completed project, how much capital appreciation is really left? Are we just buying at peak? And the rental yield, what's the actual reality there? I'm hearing numbers that barely cover EMI, let alone good ROI. Is it just going to be another 'ghost society' with a high investor-to-end-user ratio? Change my mind if you think Brys Buzz is still a smart buy for long-term wealth creation.
