₹95 lakh for a 2BHK in Sector 150 seems high, even with Jewar Airport potential. I'm checking out Brys Group projects for investment, trying to maximise my deal value. How much negotiation room do builders *actually* leave in Noida? Is 5-7% off the quoted price realistic, or is it mostly fixed? Also, what are the truly hidden costs beyond PLC or parking? Not sure if I'm missing something crucial that hits at possession.
