Since January I've been trying to decide between under-construction and ready-to-move in Noida. So much conflicting info online! I'm looking at 2BHKs, budget around 80L. My parents keep saying 'go for ready', but the EMIs are killer. Under-construction seems cheaper upfront. I saw some Brys Group projects in Garhi Chaukhandi that look promising, good prices. But I'm scared of possession delays. Ready-to-move is safe, but the rent vs. EMI math isn't working. Honestly not sure if I can afford it. Which would you pick if you were in my position? Under-construction with Brys, or bite the bullet and go for ready-to-move? What's the actual rental yield like these days? Vote below!
