Okay I'll be honest – I'm stuck between Brys Vega (ready) and Earth Towne (under construction). Is paying extra for Brys worth avoiding construction risk? Which has better rental potential, honestly?

Okay I'll be honest - I'm selling my big house now that kids have moved out. Looking at Brys Vega Tower for something manageable. But Lotus Greens Isle? Who are they even targeting? So expensive! Carpet area wise, is it worth it? Maintenance charges kitne honge? Change my mind.

Lotus Greens Isle is quoting crazy money! 14Cr+! Brys Vega Tower is around 30L, ready to move bhi hai. I'm thinking investment, so rental yield matters. Is Isle really worth it for that ROI?
