BSR Paradise Layout maintenance fees vs service quality?

Moved into BSR Paradise Layout last month. Things nobody told me about maintenance charges are hitting hard. We're paying a lot, but security is lax and common area cleaning feels inconsistent. Is this typical for new societies? Wondering if I should push the RWA harder or if it's just Bangalore reality.
