BTM Layout new flat: my ground reality check?

Moved into my 2BHK near BTM 2nd Stage last month, possession was in March. Honestly, ground reality is a bit different than what I expected during site visits. Traffic toh pata tha, but daily commute for work is still a killer, especially towards Silk Board. Society facilities are okay, but maintenance charges seem high for what we actually get. Things nobody told me: the local market can be a bit chaotic, and noise levels are higher than I thought. My biggest concern abhi is the water situation, yaar. Summers mein kya haal hoga, not sure. Builder ka after-sales support also wasn't great post-handover. Is this normal in BTM Layout projects? Anyone else facing similar issues in their new builds around here? What's your first-hand experience?
