Site visits pe sab sahi lagta hai, but post-possession kitne logon ko seepage, cracks, ya cheap fittings ka issue aata hai? Honestly, as an investor, I'm worried about long-term maintenance costs and tenant attraction. Ek ghost clubhouse with high maintenance is just a burden, not a resale booster. Do these premium amenities really justify the extra cost if the basic construction isn't solid? Change my mind.
