Yaar, everyone glorifies fancy amenities like huge clubhouses and pools, but nobody talks about the actual construction quality. I'm looking at places like Eisha 33 Central Avenue. Site visits pe sab sahi lagta hai, but post-possession kitne logon ko seepage, cracks, ya cheap fittings ka issue aata hai? Honestly, as an investor, I'm worried about long-term maintenance costs and tenant attraction. Ek ghost clubhouse with high maintenance is just a burden, not a resale booster. Do these premium amenities really justify the extra cost if the basic construction isn't solid? Change my mind.

Totally relate! Main bhi Eisha 33 Central Avenue ka brochure dekha tha, amenities toh zabardast dikhte hain. But mere budget mein ₹95 L se shuruat sunke hi darr lagta hai. Quality compromise ho toh itna paisa waste ho jayega.
