Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — but the real struggle begins now.
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on Saini Bhawan for a 3BHK. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 38, thinking of upgrading. Already have a home loan, so EMI is a big factor. Everyone glorifies ready-to-move projects like Saini Bhawan, but nobody talks about the *actual* possession experience beyond just getting the keys. You see the finished product, sure, but what about the amenities? Are they really used, or just for show? I mean, a clubhouse looks great on paper, but if it's always empty or poorly maintained, what's the point? Should I really pay a premium for 'ready' when half the amenities might be useless? Is it just me, or do under-construction projects sometimes offer better thought-out facilities later? Disagree? Tell me why Saini Bhawan's amenities are genuinely top-notch and worth the ready-possession premium.
