Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now I'm evaluating Mohali. My calculations show infrastructure drives ROI. Airport Road sectors mein growth toh dikh rahi hai. But other areas, like 115 ya 108, kya unka price appreciation genuinely road upgrades se hua hai? Or is that just builder hype? Kis pocket mein max ROI mila hai?
