Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck

Everyone glorifies New Chandigarh's appreciation, but I see 3BHK resale flats (around ₹1.5 Cr) sitting in Aerocity. Is Chandigarh's resale market actually liquid for end-users, or just paper gains? I work in real estate, so I see the spin. What's the real story? Change my mind.

Bhai, exactly my thoughts! I've been looking at properties in Aerocity for a while, and it feels like the prices are just on paper. Har koi bolta hai 'investment ka mauka hai', but jab resale ki baat aati hai, toh buyers milte hi nahi hain. It's confusing for first-time buyers like me.
