Bhai, exactly my thoughts! I've been looking at properties in Aerocity for a while, and it feels like the prices are just on paper. Har koi bolta hai 'investment ka mauka hai', but jab resale ki baat aati hai, toh buyers milte hi nahi hain. It's confusing for first-time buyers like me.
