Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. I'm eyeing Gagan Vihar, Ghaziabad for a 2BHK. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, you know? My main concern is metro connectivity. How's the last-mile from the station? Is it practical for a daily Delhi commute? Also, what's the actual water supply situation? Is it municipal or mostly borewell/tanker dependent? Builders always gloss over that. And safety for families, especially after dark? Any honest opinions from residents would be super helpful.

Haan, main road ke paas wale societies thode expensive hain, aur options bhi kam hain. I saw one near Vaishali metro but that was beyond my budget. So Gagan Vihar
