I'm really eyeing a 2BHK in Pocket K, Ghaziabad, thinking around ₹75L. My parents keep saying prices are too high there already, especially with the Delhi-Meerut Expressway. Is that true, or is there still some negotiation room? Also, how's the metro connectivity from Pocket K? I commute to Delhi and honestly don't want a daily nightmare. What's the real investment potential for Pocket K in 3-5 years, considering the Red Line extension? Should I just wait?

Bhai, tumhare parents sahi keh rahe hain. ₹75L for a 2BHK in Pocket K sounds a bit steep, especially with the current market. Delhi-Meerut Expressway se connectivity toh improve hui hai, but uski premium already prices mein factor ho chuki hai. Negotiation room bahut kam milega, builders abhi bhi high pe baithe hain. I was looking near Abhay Khand, wahan bhi same haal hai.
