Been looking for 8 months now and I'm so confused between Today Kings Park and CGEWHO Kendriya Vihar 2. Kings Park is much cheaper, but will it appreciate well? CGEWHO ka total cost of ownership kitna hoga? For a first home, which offers better long-term value?

Kings Park ka appreciation depends on future development in that specific pocket, which is always a gamble for first-time buyers.
