₹90 lakh for a 3BHK in Budget Homes, and honestly, the premium feels risky. My current 2BHK loan is almost done, I'm just thinking of upgrading. But yaar, builders yahan pe kya kya chhupa rahe hain, samajh nahi aata. Brochure mein sab acha dikhta hai, but I'm worried about hidden charges ya incomplete amenities. Budget Homes mein koi common red flags hain jo buyers ko pata hone chahiye? Koi experience share kar sakta hai kya?

I heard Budget Homes is coming up near Akshayanagar. Is that true? Because that area has seen massive price appreciation recently, so 90L for 3BHK might actually be a steal if it's well-connected and they deliver on time.
Good price is one thing, but what about the quality and delays? Mera ek dost ka project 2 saal late ho gaya, builder ne penalty bhi nahi di. SNN ka RERA status check kiya kya kisi ne? Agar projects complete hi nahi kiye toh RERA mein bhi issues honge.
Delays are the worst! EMI aur rent dono dena padta hai. Bahut tension hoti hai.
Haan, I checked RERA. SNN Properties LLP shows 0 completed projects. They have a couple of ongoing ones, but nothing delivered yet. That's a huge concern.

But sometimes new builders give better deals. My friend booked in Aavalahalli with a relatively new one and got a good price.
