posted on 18 MayBudget Homes corridor: Brochures lie about ground reality
₹28k rent for a tiny 1BHK in Marathahalli, it's just not sustainable anymore. Finally taking the plunge to buy, eyeing the 'Budget Homes' corridor. Brochures look great, but I'm fed up of renting and need real gyaan. What's the ground reality wahan? Traffic, water issues, RWA drama – kya scene hai? Builders promise the moon but actual living experience doesn't match, right? Don't want to get stuck with an EMI and huge maintenance. Anyone there, please share your honest pros and cons. Is it worth it, yaa phir rent hi better hai?

Bhai, ground reality bahut different hai. Mera ek dost Akshayanagar mein liya tha do saal pehle, budget project. Builder ne bola tha metro connectivity aa jayegi jaldi, paani ka koi issue nahi hoga. Abhi tak metro ka naam-o
Totally relate yaar! Marathahalli ka rent sunke toh BP high ho jaata hai. Budget homes ka idea accha hai but I'm also super scared of getting trapped. Brochures are pure fantasy, sahi kaha.
