Living in Budget Homes isn't what the brochures promise. I got possession of my 2BHK in Sector Omicron last month, around ₹45L, and honestly, the daily commute is a nightmare. Things nobody told me about the last-mile connectivity... it's really bad. Autorickshaws are rare, and ride-shares take forever to find. Plus, the local market is still developing, so basic groceries are a trek. Is anyone else living in the Budget Homes corridor facing this? Am I just unlucky with my society, or is this common across the board? I'm trying to figure out if it gets better, or if I should just adjust.

This sounds like a common problem with many projects from less established builders. But Experion Developers are supposed to be a reputed group, right? I was considering one of their upcoming projects near Alpha I Greater Noida. Are their projects generally known for these kinds of issues?
Definitely, you can approach RERA for delays or non-delivery of promised amenities. RERA has been quite effective for buyers, but the process can be lengthy and frustrating. Collect all your documents – booking forms, payment receipts, builder-buyer agreement, and any communication. It’s always best to consult a lawyer specializing in real estate for proper guidance.
Oh no, that's really concerning. So, legal action ka kuch scope hai Experion ke against if they delay or don't deliver on amenities?
Reputed? Bhai, reputation is one thing, ground reality is another. Experion has had its fair share of controversies and delays in their other projects too. My friend booked with them in Alistonia Estate, and the possession was delayed by almost two years. They are good at marketing, but project execution and post-possession support, especially for budget segments, can be a hit or miss. Always check their RERA history for specific projects.
Yaar, this is the story everywhere in these 'affordable' corridors. I booked my flat in Ajayabpur two years ago, thinking it's Greater Noida, connectivity will improve. But even now, daily travel to Noida for work is a 2-hour ordeal one-way. The local market for fresh vegetables is non-existent, and online deliveries take ages or just cancel. It's a real struggle managing home and work life with these basic issues.
Dekho, Ajayabpur side mein delays are common, especially with projects that were launched around 2018-2019. Many builders struggled post-RERA and demonetization. Generally, you can expect at least a 6-12 month delay beyond the RERA committed date. Also, current market conditions in Noida are seeing some improvement in deliveries, but last-mile infrastructure development still lags a lot. Builder ka focus possession dene pe hota hai, connectivity pe nahi.
Sahi baat hai. For us first-time buyers, it's a huge commitment. By the way, aapke projects mein possession ka kya scene hai abhi wahan? Is it on time or delayed?
Exactly! I'm in a project near Ajayabpur too, and the situation is identical. They showed us fancy renders of commercial complexes and metro links, but ground reality is something else entirely. We're paying EMIs for a dream that's still years away from materializing.
Honestly, what did you expect for ₹45L in Sector Omicron? This area is still very new. Developers always promise the moon, but you have to do your due diligence. For that price, you're getting into an emerging area, not a developed one.
Totally agree! Bhai, same situation here. My 1BHK in a nearby project is also a struggle. Connectivity is a huge problem, I feel you.
