Budget Homes: Ground reality is far from brochure promises.
Did a site visit to a project in the 'Budget Homes' corridor last Saturday and honestly wasn't expecting this level of discrepancy. The brochure showed a developed access road and proper sewage lines, but on ground, it's just kachcha rasta and open drains near Sector 16C. Connectivity toh sirf paper pe hai, real mein commute bahut tough lag raha. I've seen this pattern before – builders promise the moon, deliver dust. My last property also faced huge delays in basic infrastructure, costing an extra ₹3L for community-funded upgrades. Is anyone else experiencing similar ground realities in Budget Homes? What's your take on these hidden costs of living there, beyond the flat price? How do you factor this into your ROI? Builder ka track record kya hai for actually completing the external infra, ya yeh sab RWA ke sir aa jaayega?
