Budget Homes' investment potential seems over now

Spent the whole weekend checking options in the 'Budget Homes' corridor. I'm in a 2BHK in Sector 50, wanting to upgrade to a 3BHK. Already have an EMI. Not sure if 'Budget Homes' is still undervalued or has peaked. Kya abhi bhi wahan koi good investment options hain for solid ROI, ya ab mushkil hai? Your thoughts?
