Budget Homes: My price shocker in Noida Extension

Budget Homes mein prices ka kya trend chal raha hai pichhle 1-2 saal se? I'm trying to upgrade to a 3BHK for my growing family, especially with kids' school admissions on mind. Dekh raha hoon ki rates kafi jump kar gaye hain. Not sure if buying now makes sense or if I should wait for some correction. Kya lagta hai, prices aur upar jayenge ya thoda stabilize honge? My wife's priority is a safe neighborhood, is Budget Homes still a good bet for families?
